Voja is a new AI-powered Social Travel platform. We help our customers to effortlessly plan & book personalised trips. We have recently raised funds to develop and launch the platform, and looking for ambitious and smart talent to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our newly-formed team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Data Science and gen-AI (GPT, ML, LLM, NLP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and train complex AI models using best DS practices.
• Work independently, self-learn state-of-art technologies in the AI field and collaborate effectively with a small cross-functional team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Write code and set up technical solutions with scalability and speed in mind.
• Experiment and solve problems in an iterative approach - break things move fast mentality.

Qualifications

• Experience working with several database types (relational, NoSQL, data lakes and vector) and DS/ML tools - your are familiar with the toolbox that can enable the business.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a (start-up) team-oriented environment.
• Experience creating the building blocks/layers of smart AI Engine - NLP, LLM and other AI technologies.
• You can write code and do not afraid of technical challenges.
• Experience with training and fine-tuning models (biases, weights etc.) on the cloud (GPU/CPU).
• Familiarities with OpenAI API, GPT-4, LLaMA, Vicuna, Oobabooga and others.
• A master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
